Tox may not be suitable for individuals who:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Have a neuromuscular disorder.
• Are allergic to any of the ingredients in Botox.
• Have had an allergic reaction to a Botox injection in the past.

To prepare for your tox treatment, avoid alcohol, blood-thinning medications (like aspirin), and supplements such as fish oil and vitamin E for at least 24 hours before your appointment. This helps reduce the risk of bruising.

We'll need to cleanse your face prior to the injections. You can arrive wearing makeup, but keep in mind that we will need to remove it from the treatment area.

After your tox treatment:

• Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
• Refrain from strenuous exercise.
• Refrain from lying down for at least 4 hours post-treatment.
• Do not take ibuprofen or NSAIDs for 48 hours post treatment to minimize bruising.
• Avoid saunas, hot tubs, or tanning beds for 48 hours.
• Avoid spa facial treatments for at least 1 week post treatment.

For everyone’s safety, the building is locked after 6 PM and on weekends. Please call us upon your arrival to gain access for your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved for you, and we request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the service. Missed appointments without notice will also be charged in full. This policy helps us respect both your time and the time of our staff.

All payments are due on the day of treatment. Packages must be paid in full before the first session. We do not bill insurance.
