Reservations
We are currently by appointment only, and to ensure availability, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. As a courtesy, we send reminders 48 hours prior via phone, email, or text. If you choose to opt out of reminders, it is your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities when booking. A valid credit card or gift certificate is required to secure your reservation but will only be charged in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
Evenings and Weekends
For everyone’s safety, the building is locked after 6 PM and on weekends. Please call us upon your arrival to gain access for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you, and we request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the service. Missed appointments without notice will also be charged in full. This policy helps us respect both your time and the time of our staff.
Prices and Services
Prices, services, and products are subject to change without notice. Please confirm details at the time of booking.
Payments
All payments are due on the day of treatment. Packages must be paid in full before the first session. We do not bill insurance.
Promotions
Promotions cannot be combined unless approved. The highest-value discount will be applied at checkout.
